Surrey Bylaw 17160 – Pesticide Use Control Bylaw

Surrey Bylaw 12883 – Prohibition of Nuisances Bylaw

Surrey Bylaw 11039 – Contaminated Soils Deposition Bylaw, 1991

This bylaw prohibits the deposition of contaminated soil on an land within the City of Surrey. Schedule A lists the substances that are considered contaminants, including: arsenic, benzene, cadmium, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, chromium, coal tar, cobalt, dichloromethane, ethylbenzene, lead, naphthalene, nickel, PAHs, para-dichlorobenzene, pentachlorophenol, PCBs, styrene, tetrachloroethylene, and trichloroethylene.

Surrey Bylaw 11119 – Business License Bylaw, 1976 Amendment
