This bylaw regulates garbage collection in the Region of Peel. It prohibits residents of setting out non-complying and hazardous waste for collection. Non-complying waste includes waste generated from construction, demolition, or renovation (i.e. asbestos and formaldehyde). Hazardous waste includes pesticides, batteries, and other toxic waste.
