The Partnership wants to hear your ideas on new and innovative approaches to employee engagement. We are looking for a Proponent to present a new approach to our employee engagement strategy that will inspire staff and drive a positive, engaged workplace culture.
Proposals should include a comprehensive plan detailing your approach, the rationale and evidence supporting the effectiveness of your proposed approach, as well a de-tailed description of the tools being recommended for use.
The plan can be divided into four main sections as explained in detail below and the successful Proponent will be required to carry out all of the following:
- Preparation / Orientation
- Your Approach
- Rollout Plan
- Implement the Engagement Strategy
- Report / Sustainability
