For Digital Vendor Services

The Partnership’s first Organizational Digital Strategy (ODS) was developed in 2016 and clearly articulates an action plan for how the Partnership will begin to use digital means to address current state user experience issues and meet end user needs, thereby enabling effective knowledge mobilization and creating a solid foundation for future success and growth. Once complete, the Partnership’s digital ecosystem will function as a key enabler to help realize the 2017-2022 Strategic Plan: We See Progress. A roadmap that details all ODS projects over the coming years has been developed.

One of the key ODS projects is the consolidation of a number of websites, primarily Cancerview.ca and PartnershipAgainstCancer.ca, into one main organizational website presence. The first release of the consolidated website occurred in December 2017, with several subsequent releases occurring over the next two years, as content is migrated from other websites. Other ODS projects detailed on the roadmap include projects focused on the following areas:

  • Website evaluation
  • Digital outreach and engagement (e.g. how to leverage digital marketing more effectively)
  • Content strategy
  • Internal business process pertaining to digital (e.g. digital content guidelines development)

The Partnership is seeking submissions (Proposals) from companies with established capabilities and a proven track record in:

  • Digital strategy and research
  • User experience (UX)
  •  Web design
  • Content strategy
  • Technical development

Proponents are welcome to bid on one (1) or more of the five (5) categories listed above. It is NOT mandatory to have all capabilities to be eligible to submit a Proposal.

Proponents should reference this RFSQ number (SQ333-2018-01) in the subject line of their correspondence.

Responses to proponents’ enquiries will be provided as enquiries are submitted. Additionally, questions and responses will also be posted on MERX, Biddingo and on the Partnership’s website.
