REPEALED Moncton Bylaw P-209 – A Bylaw Relating to the Regulation and Control of the Discharge of Wastewater and Stormwater Runoff into the Sewage Works of the City of Moncton

This bylaw does not allow for the following substances to be discharged into any sanitary sewer, in whole or in concentrations indicated in the bylaw: gasoline, benzene, naphtha, pesticides, herbicides, radioactive materials, PCBs, chromium, nickel, lead, and cadmium.
