{"id":68934,"date":"2024-06-13T11:24:45","date_gmt":"2024-06-13T16:24:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.partnershipagainstcancer.ca\/topics\/breast-indicators-2018-2021\/indicators\/abnormal-call-rate\/"},"modified":"2024-06-13T11:50:05","modified_gmt":"2024-06-13T16:50:05","slug":"abnormal-call-rate","status":"publish","type":"topics","link":"https:\/\/www.partnershipagainstcancer.ca\/fr\/topics\/breast-indicators-2018-2021\/indicators\/abnormal-call-rate\/","title":{"rendered":"Taux de rappel pour anomalie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pourquoi est-ce important? <\/strong> Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un indicateur important pour \u00e9valuer le rendement et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019imagerie mammographique et de son interpr\u00e9tation, permettant ainsi de d\u00e9terminer si des analyses suppl\u00e9mentaires et des proc\u00e9dures de suivi diagnostique sont n\u00e9cessaires pour le d\u00e9pistage des personnes participant au programme.<\/p>\n<p>Un taux de rappel pour anomalie tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 peut indiquer une augmentation des taux de faux positifs et, par cons\u00e9quent, une augmentation des analyses de suivi inutiles et du stress des personnes participant au programme. \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, un taux de rappel pour anomalie tr\u00e8s faible peut entra\u00eener une baisse des taux de d\u00e9tection de cancers. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les taux de rappel pour anomalie pour les d\u00e9pistages initiaux ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que pour les d\u00e9pistages subs\u00e9quents.
