Le Partenariat est le coordonnateur de la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnershipagainstcancer.ca\/fr\/cancer-strategy\/\"><em>Strat\u00e9gie canadienne de lutte contre le cancer<\/em> (la <em>Strat\u00e9gie<\/em>)<\/a><\/span> 2019-2029, r\u00e9cemment actualis\u00e9e, qui illustre le fait que la technologie doit jouer un r\u00f4le plus important dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats de la lutte contre le cancer pour les Canadiens.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"blockquote-smaller\"><p>Les outils d\u2019IA sont susceptibles d\u2019accro\u00eetre l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des soins contre le cancer tout en r\u00e9duisant la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre requise pour leur prestation, entra\u00eenant ainsi une r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts pour le syst\u00e8me.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Les principaux secteurs suivants sont ceux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnershipagainstcancer.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Artificial-Intelligence-Exec-Summary-FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">o\u00f9 l\u2019IA est exploit\u00e9e<\/a> ou explor\u00e9e dans le cadre des soins contre le cancer :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse des donn\u00e9es visant \u00e0 faciliter la d\u00e9tection du cancer \u00e0 un stade plus pr\u00e9coce et\/ou l\u2019identification de personnes \u00e0 risque accru de souffrir d\u2019un cancer. Certaines de ces approches font appel \u00e0 des techniques moins effractives que celles d\u2019imagerie ou de biopsie traditionnelles.<\/li>\n<li>Appui au diagnostic du cancer afin de le rendre potentiellement plus efficace et am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins par l\u2019examen des images diagnostiques et cliniques, la segmentation des images, la mise en surbrillance de r\u00e9gions douteuses et\/ou la classification des r\u00e9sultats (b\u00e9nins ou malins). En outre, les d\u00e9couvertes pathologiques peuvent \u00eatre classifi\u00e9es et les biomarqueurs identifi\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant associ\u00e9s aux caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019imagerie (radiomique).<\/li>\n<li>Soutien \u00e0 la planification et \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cisions relatives au traitement du cancer par le regroupement et l\u2019examen des donn\u00e9es cliniques sur les patients, des publications ou d\u2019autres donn\u00e9es m\u00e9dicales aux fins d\u2019orienter les traitements individuels, et adoption d\u2019une approche personnalis\u00e9e du traitement du cancer et des soins de suivi par l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de pronostics sur la progression de la maladie, la survie et la r\u00e9ponse au traitement.<\/li>\n<li>Observation am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et prise en charge proactive des sympt\u00f4mes et des complications dont peuvent souffrir les patients atteints de cancer.<\/li>\n<li>Efficacit\u00e9 accrue du processus de traitement par l\u2019automatisation de t\u00e2ches autrefois effectu\u00e9es par des humains (p.\u00a0ex., planification et programmation des s\u00e9ances de radioth\u00e9rapie, tant pour les fournisseurs de soins de sant\u00e9 que pour les patients, par l\u2019obtention en temps r\u00e9el d\u2019une documentation mains libres aupr\u00e8s des fournisseurs qui utilisent des programmes de traitement du langage naturel assist\u00e9s par l\u2019IA).<\/li>\n<li>Soutien \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 par l\u2019extraction de donn\u00e9es et de donn\u00e9es probantes concr\u00e8tes obtenues \u00e0 partir des dossiers de sant\u00e9 \u00e9lectroniques\u00a0(DSE) afin d\u2019orienter les indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 et la surveillance ainsi que les d\u00e9cisions li\u00e9es aux traitements et aux modifications du syst\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<li>Am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du patient par la transmission simplifi\u00e9e de renseignements et la personnalisation d\u2019un soutien qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 ses besoins particuliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Chacun de ces secteurs est explor\u00e9 plus en d\u00e9tail dans le rappor<a href=\"https:\/\/www.partnershipagainstcancer.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Artificial-Intelligence-Exec-Summary-FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">t<\/a> et assorti d\u2019explications sur la fa\u00e7on dont les technologies et les algorithmes d\u2019IA sont utilis\u00e9s ou mis \u00e0 l\u2019essai dans la pratique.<\/p>\n<h2>Exemples d\u2019innovations en mati\u00e8re d\u2019IA actuellement en vigueur ou en cours d\u2019essai<\/h2>\n<p>Le rapport inclut \u00e9galement des exemples d\u2019innovations d\u2019IA particuli\u00e8res, utilis\u00e9es ou mises \u00e0 l\u2019essai dans des situations r\u00e9elles.
