Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Treatment and Management of Endometrial Cancer

This is a clinical practice guideline for patients with apparent early stage endometrial cancer at the time of diagnosis, that may have low or high risk features. The guideline examines pre-operative investigations, surgery techniques, and adjuvant treatment including radiotherapy and chemotherapy, with recommendations taking risk into consideration. The use of multidisciplinary team management is also discussed. Outcomes of interest include treatment risks, complications, and survival rates.
