Ce règlement prévoit différentes classes composées de divers groupes de récréation entre autres, la classe Récréation extérieure comprend les usages extérieurs à vocation ludique, de récréation ou de conservation naturelle.
Cette classe comprend les groupes d’usages suivants :
1°R1 parc; jardin communautaire et parc,
2°R2 équipement récréatif extérieur de proximité; terrain de soccer, baseball, patinoire extérieurs ou rampe de planche à roulettes,
3°R3 équipement récréatif extérieur régional; terrain de golf, centre de ski, centre de vélos de montagne, un stade ou base de plein air.

This bylaw prohibits any person to create or leave any nuisance including: leaving hazardous material, pollutants, or contaminants outside of a building; allowing the flow, accumulation, or spread of polluting hazardous materials or contaminants such as oil, gas, paint, solvents, or pesticides; and producing dust particles in the air to disturb the neighborhood. This regulation provides information regarding inspections and fines for violations.

This bylaw prohibits anyone to leave the engine of a motor vehicle idle for a period greater than: three minutes per period of 60 minutes, five minutes every 60 minutes in the case of a heavy vehicle whose engine is fueled by diesel, or ten minutes every 60 minutes for a heavy vehicle whose engine is fueled by diesel between November 1 to March 31 of the following year.
